The audio quality\u2019s meh \u2013 when hard surfaces create echoes, you\u2019re limited by how much tweaking you can do before things get dodgy \u2013 but the group clearly had fun answering questions from a very appreciative audience.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/videoseries?list=PL2p8vQBk0xct6Eud44g6Z43Bg2OBGF4uf\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Currently working on a review of Synapse\u2019s excellent Blu-ray edition of Dario Argento\u2019s <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kqek.com\/dvd_reviews\/t2u\/3334_Tenebre.htm\" target=\"window\">Tenebre<\/a><\/strong> (1982) for Rue Morgue magazine (expect an expanded review comparing extras with the prior Anchor Bay edition, including commentary tracks. (An expanded review of Twilight Time\u2019s <strong>Theatre of Blood<\/strong> will also be posted after it runs in an upcoming Rue Morgue issue.)<\/p>\n<p>Now that the phone fiasco with Bell\u2019s been resolved \u2013 a technician came &amp; fixed, I made long calls to close up lingering issues \u2013 I can get back to work without most of my brain steeped in ire. It\u2019s amazing how an ongoing headache can thwart concentration, as well as an uncertainty as to whether the restoration of one service will nuke another again.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve also been working on a set-up to test the sale\u00a0of royalty-free stock footage and loops derived from my podcast montages &#8211; extracts of certain objects, abstract patterns, or layers which might prove useful in other people&#8217;s creative endeavours. I spent most of last night re-organizing <a href=\"http:\/\/bigheadamusements.com\/wordpress\/?p=1910\" target=\"_blank\">Big Head Amusements<\/a> menus and categories, and hope to have the first batch of clips from the soon-to-be-posted <a href=\"http:\/\/kqek.com\/mobile\/?p=13921\">Nima Fakhrara<\/a> podcast excerpts available as a collection some time next week.<\/p>\n<p>Coming next is a review of Otto Preminger\u2019s psychological thriller <strong>Bunny Lake is Missing<\/strong> (1965), released in a solid special edition by Twilight Time.<\/p>\n<p>Also coming shortly is a new podcast tied to the vinyl release of <strong>The Bourne Identity <\/strong>(2002), which\u00a0to my eyes &amp; ears is Varese Sarabande\u2019s first original score soundtrack album since 1989.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks for your patience,<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mark R.
